FERC approval for the project is anticipated by June 2008; construction work would follow receipt of the approvals.  Assuming approvals are received when expected, construction and modification of the facilities would commence in June or July 2008. 

If this schedule is maintained, the company would expect an in-service date of all the facilities by November 2008.
